Augmented Reality and Press office for Bicipolitana, an innovative mobility proposal
We recently organized an event to show how could be a Bicipolitana in Milan with augmented reality at the Numen Institute, Institute of Digital Innovation. The innovative mobility proposal of Gabriella Bruschi, new candidate of Civica AmbientaLista was presented thanks to the technology developed by the company Vrtualize. For a day it was possible to travel the first line (virtual ) from Sesto S. Giovanni to the Dome Square.
Bicipolitana is a project od cycle paths equipped with signs and posters with information on the route from departure to arrival as well as at the subway, instead of rails, has cycle paths and instead of carriages bicycles.
In Italy Bicipolitana is already active with 9 lines in Pesaro.
The event had an impressive coverage and a good influence on social media. On the Facebook of some newsonline magazines, which reported the news, the discussion about Bicipolitana registred more than 800 comments.
