why Food Pr is still considered a &#8220;routine&#8221; activity for the agribusiness sector.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maybe less showcooking and more space for lunch or dinner and tasting, all the same, discovering how far an established Chef&#8217;s creativity goes when he has novel ingredients on his hands , is still a popular option for both media and social success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"aT Korea - Milano 2022\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/fJ2Y_tr7AJw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This summer, for example, was also an opportunity to repurpose a major Public Relations &amp; Food event for<a href=\"https:\/\/www.at.or.kr\/home\/apen000000\/index.action\"> AT Korea Paris, a division of the Ministry of Agriculture and Trade of the Republic of South Korea<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/kfood.fan\/\">https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/kfood.fan\/<\/a>) coordinated by experienced manager O soo Jeong, who asked us to raise attention and visibility on new Korean ingredients, sauces, mushrooms and seaweed that can already be purchased in Italy.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Soo had specific requests, the brief was already well outlined from the first meetings, and together we had already curated for AT Korea other events with excellent media and social coverage, even during the pandemic.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We needed to present a shortlist of chefs and locations to show how to use ingredients and some ways to develop relationships in the restaurant industry that could lead to future developments of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Given the usual tight schedule, <a href=\"https:\/\/danielcanzian.com\/\">Daniel Canzian&#8217;s original menu proposal<\/a> and the large counter overlooking his open kitchen was the ideal choice to meet the client&#8217;s request for a lunch and showcooking for 40 journalists and 10 influencers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
